  1. What is Trusted Practitioner?
    It’s an independent, confidential review service that automates the collection, management and display of client reviews, so you can get on with seeing clients.

    Our verified reviews act like turbocharged word-of-mouth referrals, attracting and converting even more clients, while protecting you from the malicious reviews of haters, trolls and competitors.

  2. What do reviews look like and where can I put them
    Our review widgets make it simple to automatically display a summary of your reviews, like so:

    You can tag your reviews (e.g. by practitioner, issue etc) and show these reviews on key pages of your website, and adjust settings such as number of reviews to show per page.

  3. I’m hopeless with computers – is this right for me?
    Yes – setup is very simple, and you’ll be requesting reviews within minutes of ordering.

    We are also on hand to help you show off your reviews to best effect on your website, and we are more than happy to handle this side of things for you if you want (at no extra charge).

  4. Am I locked into a contract? How do I cancel?
    It’s a pay-as-you-go service, so there is no minimum contract term and you are free to cancel at any time. You don’t even need to contact us to cancel – you have complete control of your account.
  5. What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
    We hope you’ll love our service so much you never want to leave… 🙂

    But it’s your data, not ours… so should that day come, simply download all your reviews using the option in your dashboard before you cancel.

    We’ll then securely delete everything on our system 30 days after your account is terminated to ensure your privacy (and that of your clients) is totally respected.

  6. Do I have to use the automated process?
    We’ve designed our automated process to maximise your chances of getting a positive, verifiable, review, but if any part of it isn’t appropriate for your particular practice, you can simply send them a direct link to the review form yourself – we just won’t be able to mark these reviews as verified by us.
  7. How secure is my data?
    Very – We use our own private cloud-based server, hosted by a Tier 1 provider, to ensure maximum privacy and service availability, and we use state of the art SSL security to give you the highest levels of security the industry has to offer.

    Our 2048-bit SSL encryption means that your data is bank-grade secure, no matter what device or web browser you use.

  8. Similar review services charge much more – what’s the catch?
    There are no up-sells and no catch. As experienced practitioners ourselves, we wanted to create a true no-brainer service that enables ethical and effective practitioners to help even more people.
